Industrial Architect - Chelyabinsk, Russia



We are hiring a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed design plans and blueprints for industrial structures
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and 3D modeling programs to create accurate designs
- Work closely with engineers to ensure that designs are structurally sound
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it aligns with design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify any potential issues
- Communicate effectively with clients, construction teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Experience working with engineering teams on industrial projects
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to industrial buildings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This role is based in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Candidates must be currently living in or willing to relocate to Chelyabinsk.
