Entry Level Fitter


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Fitter in Chelyabinsk. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and start their career in the field of fitting.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components
- Install mechanical systems such as piping, valves, pumps, and motors
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot issues with systems and make necessary repairs or adjustments

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk. However, candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate may also apply.
