Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production, while ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals/instructions
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to machine operation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary
