Job Title: Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or finance and at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this role. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month with accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Keep up-to-date with accounting principles, laws, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Russian accounting laws is preferred but not required
