Sales Representative - Chelyabinsk

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive techniques
- Negotiate contracts and handle objections or complaints from customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and company goals
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
- Meet sales quotas and targets set by the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Fluent in Russian (native speaker preferred) and basic knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

Salary: 1200$ per month (plus commission)

Location: Chelyabinsk (no accommodation provided)
