Merchandiser for Retail Store in Chelyabinsk, Russia



We are searching for a passionate and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at our retail store in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays and optimizing the layout of our store to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability through effective merchandising techniques
- Create eye-catching displays using visual merchandising tools such as mannequins, props, signage, and lighting
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and products are displayed in an organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions and events to drive traffic to the store
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Train and supervise sales staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Russian (written and verbal)

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
