A bustling restaurant in Chelyabinsk is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a waiter in a fast-paced environment. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly address any issues or complaints
- Monitor tables for any additional needs or requests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance with attention to detail
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1000 per month
