We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Review and approve construction documents and drawings
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Russia
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required
