A luxury hotel in Moscow is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and a proven track record of success in a similar role. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff supervision. This individual must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including purchasing, storage, and production
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure top-notch service and consistency in food quality
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and special requests

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Knowledge of current food trends and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in Russia with accommodation provided by the company. Visa sponsorship is available if needed.
