Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, taking into account safety, functionality, and efficiency. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for industrial buildings and structures
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being accurately followed
- Make necessary changes or adjustments during the construction process as needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
