We are seeking a highly motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure all project requirements are met.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process of various projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee budgeting and scheduling of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Review architectural plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Work closely with contractors and architects to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and architects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract job: This is a contract position for a duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension.
