Architecture Manager


The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in our company's St-Petersburg office. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of architecture principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to develop project plans and designs that meet their requirements
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and building codes
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide guidance, and address any issues that arise
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month. This is a contract position with the possibility for extension based on performance. Candidates must have their own visa to work in St-Petersburg.
