We are seeking a professional and experienced Waiter/Server to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in St. Petersburg. As a Waiter/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and promotions
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/server in a fine dining restaurant or similar setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Non-Russian nationals must have the necessary visa/work permit to work in St. Petersburg
