Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, and other devices
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers
- Set up and maintain computer networks, including routers and switches
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security checks
- Educate clients on how to use various computer programs and systems effectively

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, and networking
- Familiarity with Windows operating system
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in simple terms

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk
