We are in need of an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models. Your role will also involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and identify areas where machine learning can be applied to improve our products and services.

To excel in this position, you must have a strong background in machine learning techniques and algorithms, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python or R. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models
- Gathering and analyzing data from various sources
- Identifying opportunities for applying machine learning techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with popular frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
