Job Title: Senior Architect (Part-Time) - Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for providing architectural expertise and guidance on various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop designs that meet their needs and budget
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with design plans
- Review and approve project proposals, contracts, and budgets
- Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and company standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month
