Job Title: Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating industrial machinery, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines for proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical documents and diagrams
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating production specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
