We are searching for a nurturing and responsible Babysitter to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Babysitter, you will provide attentive and loving care for children while their parents are away. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, including a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
- Prepare meals and snacks for children according to their dietary needs
- Engage in age-appropriate activities with children such as reading, playing games, and arts and crafts
- Supervise outdoor playtime and ensure safety at all times
- Help with homework and assist with basic school assignments
- Maintain open and clear communication with parents about the child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Excellent understanding of child development stages and behaviors
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with children of different ages
- Physical stamina to keep up with active children throughout the day
- Positive attitude, patience, and flexibility
