Part-Time Information Technology Manager in Ufa

We are seeking a Part-Time Information Technology Manager to join our team in Ufa. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. We welcome candidates without experience as we are willing to provide on-the-job training. Accommodation will also be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and security to identify and address any issues
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience in managing IT systems is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
