IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological systems and infrastructure of our company in Ufa. Your main goal will be to ensure that all technology-related operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also keeping up with the latest developments in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems within the company.
- Develop and implement technology strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive.
- Train staff on new systems or technologies as needed.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and find solutions to meet those needs.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments or upgrades when needed.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively.
- Manage relationships with external vendors or service providers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as an IT manager or supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proven experience in developing technology strategies that align with business goals.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff members.
- Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

Salary: $1100 per month without accommodation
Location: Ufa, Russia

We offer free visa sponsorship and a ticket for relocation for qualified candidates outside of Russia. However, this is not a strict requirement.
