Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer network systems.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Implement security measures to protect the organization's data from cyber threats.
- Perform regular system backups to ensure data integrity.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement new systems or upgrades.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and technologies (LAN/WAN).
- Strong understanding of server administration (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and other security measures.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
