Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's computer network and ensuring its smooth operation. This includes managing, troubleshooting, and upgrading hardware, software, and network devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and workstations.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's network from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure its safety.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access levels.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Keep track of inventory for all IT equipment.
- Upgrade systems with new releases or patches as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN configuration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems (Active Directory).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer assistance with obtaining a work visa for non-local candidates.
