Back-End Developer

We are a rapidly growing tech startup in Ufa, Russia seeking a talented Back-End Developer to join our team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side web application logic, working closely with Front-End Developers and UI/UX Designers to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient and scalable server-side web application logic
- Collaborate with Front-End Developers and UI/UX Designers to ensure seamless integration between client-side and server-side components
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Perform regular code reviews for quality assurance
- Identify and address performance issues on the back-end side
- Troubleshoot and debug any reported issues or errors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring Boot or Django
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and SQL queries
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
