We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our growing team in Ufa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring their security, efficiency, and reliability. You will work closely with our development team to design and implement database solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software on servers
- Develop and implement database backup and recovery plans
- Monitor database performance and ensure optimal performance levels
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Create and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary
- Develop data models and database designs according to business requirements
- Manage user access permissions for databases
- Collaborate with developers to optimize query performance and troubleshoot application/database integration issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the field of database management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of SQL language
- Experience in managing Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, security protocols
- Experience in developing data models and database designs
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra
- Experience with data warehousing techniques

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in the beautiful city of Ufa, Russia. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside of Russia.
