Moderator/Content Monitor

As a Moderator/Content Monitor, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines. You will review and remove any inappropriate or harmful content, as well as provide feedback and guidance to users on how to improve their posts. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to identify trends and patterns in user behavior and assist in developing strategies for maintaining a positive online community. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick and fair decisions. Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred. This is a full-time position based in Ufa, Russia with a salary of 1200$ per month.
