Facade Technician



A reputable construction company in Ufa is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and project plans
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing building facades
- Conduct inspections and identify any issues or potential problems with building facades
- Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates and progress

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with building facades preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Good physical condition, as this job may require lifting heavy materials or working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Own visa or able to obtain necessary work permits in Ufa

This position does not include accommodation but is open to students looking for part-time work. We offer training for those without prior experience in facade work.
