Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building exteriors including windows, doors, and cladding. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and is open to both experienced professionals and those without previous experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to specifications
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty facades
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas in need of maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sealing, and painting facades
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to design plans
- Keep records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade installation, maintenance or repair is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights using appropriate safety equipment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with accommodation provided. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines but typically fall within regular business hours. Some weekend work may be required. As a Facade Technician, you will primarily work outdoors on construction sites or existing buildings.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
