Experienced Roofer in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our team in the beautiful city of Ufa, Russia. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing different types of roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, removing old roofing materials, and installing new ones. You must have a strong understanding of different roofing techniques and materials, as well as the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut roofing materials according to specifications
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new ones
- Install different types of roofs including shingles, tiles, metal sheets, and flat roofs
- Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and perform necessary repairs
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding or other equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different roofing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physical stamina to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Valid driver's license is preferred
