Heavy Equipment Operator Trainee

As a Heavy Equipment Operator Trainee, you will learn the skills and techniques necessary to operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. You will work under the guidance of experienced operators to safely and efficiently complete tasks on construction sites in Ufa. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job training to develop your abilities and advance your career in the heavy equipment industry. We are seeking individuals who are physically fit, have a willingness to learn, and possess a strong work ethic. Previous experience is not required, but a basic understanding of construction processes is preferred. Salary starts at $1500 per month.
