A reputable solar energy company in Ufa is seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and other equipment used to convert sunlight into energy. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in the solar industry and a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panels on residential or commercial buildings
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum efficiency
- Connect wiring between panels, inverters, and other components
- Test system performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure optimal functioning
- Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for installations
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role in the renewable energy industry
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems and principles
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1200 per month
