Architectural Technologist - Ufa, Russia



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and planning construction projects in Ufa, Russia. You will use your expertise in architectural design and technology to create detailed drawings and models that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Develop accurate 3D models of buildings and structures
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess progress and address any issues that arise
- Work closely with contractors to ensure plans are being followed correctly
- Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Keep up-to-date with new technology and materials in the construction industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Russian (both written and verbal)

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
