A renowned preservation architecture firm in Ufa is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while adhering to conservation principles and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history, architectural style, and construction techniques of historic buildings
- Inspect and assess the condition of historic buildings to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop detailed preservation plans that include analysis of materials, techniques, and costs
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper execution of preservation plans
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Advise clients on appropriate conservation practices for their historic properties
- Stay updated on industry trends, conservation techniques, and regulations related to historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in historic preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and conservation guidelines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
