We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while also adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using specialized software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is executed according to plan
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on international projects or projects requiring visa sponsorship

Salary: 1700$
