Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. You should also possess excellent project management skills and be able to effectively communicate your ideas and plans to clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and design functional industrial buildings and structures
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop plans that meet technical requirements
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work

Location: This position is based in Ufa but candidates from other locations will also be considered.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month.
