Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process of architectural projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various professionals
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a similar role or within the architecture industry
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
- Ability to work flexible hours
