Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction documents
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs and budget
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other designing software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
