Machine Operator in Ufa, Russia


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machines to produce high-quality products. As a Machine Operator, you should have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines and adjust settings as needed for optimal production
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation programs
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certificate in machining or related field
- Experience operating specific types of machines such as CNC mills, lathes, or presses
- Bilingual in Russian and English is a plus

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.
