Junior Florist

As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio. This is an entry-level position suitable for students with a passion for flowers and a desire to learn more about the art of floristry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Florist in preparing and arranging flowers according to client requests
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and restock as needed
- Keep track of incoming orders and ensure timely delivery
- Clean and organize the floral studio on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and taking orders over the phone or in person
- Assist with flower deliveries as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floristry is preferred but not required
- A keen eye for detail and creativity
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Russia.
