Personal Trainer


We are hiring a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Ufa. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one guidance to clients to help them reach their fitness goals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, and we also provide accommodation for our employees. We welcome candidates without prior experience, as we will provide extensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and create personalized workout plans
- Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients and provide guidance, support, and motivation throughout their workouts
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper form and techniques to prevent injuries during workouts
- Provide nutritional guidance and advice to clients to enhance their results
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space for the safety of both clients and staff members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and certifications to continuously improve skills as a Personal Trainer

Requirements:
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs, limitations, or injuries
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Certification in personal training or related field is preferred but not required (we can provide training if needed)
- Ability to work full-time hours including weekends when needed
