We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious restaurant in Ufa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and strong leadership skills. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menu items and ensure that they meet our standards of quality and presentation
- Manage food and labor costs by maintaining proper inventory levels and controlling waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and service
- Oversee the ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure timely delivery for meal preparation
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to plan special events or promotions
- Continuously seek out new techniques, ingredients, and recipes to improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training/certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling culinary equipment

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, Russia. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.

Experience Required:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation, but assistance may be provided in finding suitable housing in Ufa.
