Part Time Restaurant Manager in Ufa


We are currently hiring a part-time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ufa. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of restaurant staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and employee performance.
- Create schedules for staff and ensure that they are adhering to their assigned shifts.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
