Sales Representative - Ufa, Russia


We are hiring a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ufa, Russia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Salary: $1500 per month

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential clients
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
- Attend events such as trade shows or conferences to represent the company
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (both verbal and written)
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Availability to travel as needed
