Entry-Level Construction Manager

We are hiring an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in construction management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers in overseeing projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety regulations are being met
- Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be willing to relocate or arrange their own housing in Ufa.
