We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Ufa. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications. You will also be responsible for inspecting welds for accuracy and quality. This position is a contract job and includes accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa and be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
- Perform various types of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Cut, shape, and fabricate metal components using various tools
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality control
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality welds
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Own visa with the ability to work in Ufa immediately

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
