Experienced Barber - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking an experienced Barber to join our team in the vibrant city of Ufa, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair cutting and styling services to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them on their desired haircut or style
- Provide quality haircuts and styling services according to client preferences
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and techniques in the industry
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Manage client appointments and maintain records of services provided
- Suggest appropriate hair care products to clients and promote sales
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of various cutting, trimming, shaving, and styling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have own tools including clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Ability to work well with diverse clientele including men, women, and children

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a Barber is a plus
- Must have valid visa status for working in Russia (own visa jobs welcome)
or be a Russian national/resident

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1700$ per month but may vary depending on experience level.
