Caregiver for Elderly in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide top-notch care to elderly individuals in Ufa, Russia. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor clients' physical and mental health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Keep track of appointments and help clients attend them as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Communicate effectively with family members or other caregivers to ensure consistency in care

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain proper training or certifications related to caregiving (e.g. First Aid/CPR)
- Compassionate attitude towards elderly individuals is a must
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own visa allowing for employment in Russia

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
