Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of materials and products in our warehouse in Ufa. You will lead a team of loaders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Your main duties will include coordinating schedules, training new loaders, and maintaining inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of loaders to ensure timely loading and unloading of materials
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to loaders based on workload and priorities
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all incoming and outgoing products
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with other warehouse departments to coordinate logistics
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a loader or warehouse supervisor
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
