Information Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and security. Your duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technology solutions, and maintaining existing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of IT systems and networks, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system efficiency
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and support services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and data management
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
