We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and provide valuable insights for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and surveys
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets to provide useful insights for decision making
- Develop reports and visualizations to present data findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes and make recommendations for optimization
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable way

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Familiarity with SQL databases and programming languages such as Python or R
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
