Machine Learning Engineer



We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and a passion for solving complex problems using data-driven approaches. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models, as well as analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for improved performance.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary improvements.
- Develop tools and processes for data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, neural networks etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. International candidates must have a valid work visa for Russia.
